Hi Livia I just love reading the magazine. I just wanted to tell you that it is detrimental to the health of my credit card because it's feeding my cosmetic addiction. I can never remember when the new magazine comes out so it's always a cool surprise. Then I go shopping. I just have to have all the yummy things the panelists love.
Thank you so much, I have tried heaps of new things I never would have bought otherwise. I just have on tiny question for you. How do you get the last of you lip-gloss out of the tube? It's driving me crazy because I know there is still a bit in there to be used.

- Linda, VIC -

Hi Linda I know what you mean about the last of your lip gloss being wasted in the tube. The cosmetics companies are going to yell at me for what I'm about to say. The best way to get all your gloss is to put it in your car for a couple hours. Stand it up straight and in a couple of hours all the gloss will melt to the bottom of the tube and whoila you've got a few more days of use out of it.

Dear Livia
I have received my first beauty review, and I really enjoyed reading the reviews. I also did like the instructional video, it helps to get new ideas and tips and seeing them demonstrated. With summer approaching, I constantly have dry cracked heels with wearing strappy shoes. I have wondered if there are any creams that work for this. I don't know if this counts as a beauty product, but nice soft feet are definitely appealing. Thankyou

- Meredith QLD -

Hello Meredith. Dry cracked heels are sure to ruin any beautiful summer outfit. Because our feet work so hard constantly, it is important to give them some TLC. There are some great products on the market to help you do this. First of all it is important to remove the dead skin from the heels. You can do this with Crabtee&Evelyn Aqua Foot Brush with Pumice $11.95, or Natio Spa Smoothing Mint Foot and Hand Scrub $9.05. (Look out for the reviews of this product in the March issue) Once this is done you can use some fantastic products: Eulactol Heel Balm Gold, Sally Hanson Cracked Heel and Foot Relief Crème, or Footworks Cracked Heel Relief Cream $10.99. Also please have a read through the article in our October 2006 Issue: Foot Soldiers - Tips for Confidently Stepping Out in the Sun
Hope these tips help.

Hey, I just wanted to say I love your make-up lesson videos and your videos where you explain and recommend products. You are really talented with make-up and it's really helpful to be talked through each stage of a look rather than just fumbling about with products I don't really understand (as I usually do). L

Hi Livia,
I emailed you a few months ago asking for a review of an Estee Lauder product Resilient Lift Extreme - Ultra Firming Creme SPF15. Can you please let me know when this will be reviewed? I'm really interested what other women have to say about it before I go ahead and purchase it. I've become obsessed with reading the comments on products, it's like asking your best friends what they use and would they recommend it.

- Melinda QLD -

Hello Melinda Thank you for your email. We have received a few requests for this product and the request for a product review have been passed on to Estee Lauder. The reply we got was, the company doesn't have sufficient stock to give us products for review:-)
We will keep trying!

I just wanted to let you know how fantastic it was to see makeup application demonstrated. When I read about it, it's hard to put it into practice but seeing it made so much sense. I also loved the colours you used. I never would have even looked at colours like that but I loved the models finished eyes, so I've been experimenting since. Although I'd still love to have you come and do my makeup for me :-)

Hello Anna Your wish might just come true! Look out for more details in the coming Issues.
