What was your first impression of the Product?
Attractive, bright packaging, plastic bottle which helps when you have 3 small children running around, so no chance of breaking.

What was your experience using the product?
Really loved this product, it dries quickly and doesn’t feel like you have put anything on your skin, the smell is very refreshing and very pleasant but not too over powering, I even spray it onto my clothes and / or hair, I really loved the smell.

What benefit does this product have compared to others you have used in the past?
For me, it was definitely the smell, very attractive compared to other body mists I have tried, I would purchase this fragrance if it came in a perfume!

Would you recommend this product to others? Why?
Yes I would, because of it’s reasonable price, there is a substantial amount, so it would last a long time, and the beautiful fragrance of coarse.

What were your first impressions of the Eye Cream?
Light but at the same time creamy texture and silky on the skin.

How did you find the application and use of the Eye Cream?
Easy to apply, silky texture gliding on easily. No unpleasant smell.  Very light is texture.

Did you notice any benefits from using this Eye Cream as opposed to other creams you have used in the past?
It was not a heavy cream.  Once applied it didn’t pull on the skin underneath the eyes like other products.

If Price would be of no concern, would you purchase this Eye Cream for yourself in the future?
Yes – I have always been a regular eye cream user

Out of five, what star rating would you give this Eye Cream based on your experience with it?
4 ½ Star.

What was your first impression of the Product?
Packaging and presentation were nice with the colour of the eye shadow clearly visible. Although not a colour I would wear a lot it did look appealing.

What was your experience using the product?
The product was easy to get onto an applicator and wasn’t at all messy. I was able to have a lot of control as to how strong the colour was by adding the shadow in layers. The finish is a beautiful matte that shows off the shape of your eyes and that stays in place for a good amount of time.

What benefit does this product have compared to others you have used in the past?
The shadow was easy to control and didn’t spill off the applicator onto other areas of my face during application. The shadow resisted the oiliness of my skin and stayed put until it was time to be removed. Taking it off was easy and there was no residual colour left on my skin with normal cleansing.

Would you recommend this product to others? Why?
I think I would recommend this product to friends who were looking for a nice matte shadow. I really enjoyed the controlled application that allowed for subtle to dramatic effects even within this one colour. Would like to have seen what sort of applicator the manufacturer would have supplied. A bit expensive for a single colour with no applicator, although hypoallergenic is important to me.

The Venus Embrace Closest Stiletto Relay

Be a part of a world record attempt and help support the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s research for a cure at the same time

It may come from years of running around hailing taxis or sprinting to the sales to snap up a bargain, but if you’re used to navigating your way around the streets in stilettos, then Australia needs you!  The Venus Embrace Closest Stiletto Relay will be staged at the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Sydney’s Circular Quay on Tuesday, 28 September and teams of seasoned stiletto runners are needed.

Hundreds of Sydney women are expected to participate in this Guinness World Record attempt for the first ever 4 x 100m stiletto relay. For our great sporting nation to set a new official world record, all that is required is teams of four sprinters, with beautifully smooth legs in high heels measuring at least 3 inches.

Not only will they be competing for the smoothest baton transition to shave off those crucial seconds and get closer to the finish line, participants will also be supporting a cause which is close to many hearts.  Venus Embrace, who is a platinum partner of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, will be making a donation for every woman who enters in the race, to fund essential breast cancer research into prevention and cure.

Erin McNaught, well known for her healthy exercise regime and stylish looks, will be official event scrutineer on the day.  Erin will be checking heel height and leg smoothness prior to each race on the day.  As a model and VJ on MTV, Erin has had plenty of practice mastering stilettos, so she is more than qualified to oversee this eye-popping spectacle of luscious legs.

Erin explains that contenders will be vying for $10,000 cash as well as Peep Toe shoes up for grabs for all the runners up.

“Ladies, you might not be an elite athlete but if you’re like me then you’d be used to running around town in your stilettos. Not only will it be fun but you’ll also have the chance to win some great prizes and help to raise funds for a worthy cause,” said Erin “Simply get your closest girlfriends involved and enter as team of four. The only entry requirements are beautifully smooth legs that you are happy to show off and high heels measuring at least 3 inches!” she added.

Well-known model and face of ACP’s 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty, Nikki Phillips will be the MC for the event, providing encouragement to stiletto clad participants on the day.

Registration for the Venus Embrace Closest Stiletto Relay will commence from 8am at the Overseas Passenger Terminal on Tuesday, 28 September. Being part of a world record attempt is not the only reason to head down on the day, there will be prize packs, giveaways and a free goodie bag for all participants.
