Skin Type: Normal Combination Skin.
Value for Money: Although a lovely product I would not purchase it for myself. I think it is overpriced for a bar of soap.
Comments: Trelivings Lavender Soap is heaven for anyone who loves the scent of lavender and just as pleasant for those of us who aren’t a fan. This soap felt amazing on my skin, lathered well and rinsed clean with no residue. The lavender oil scented my whole bathroom but was not evident on my skin after rinsing and drying. My whole body felt very soft and smooth after use. It’s an indulgent and luxurious product, however not worth $7.95 in my opinion.

Skin Type: Extremely Sensitive, Dry Skin.
Value for Money: I think it is good value for a soap containing essential oils.
Comments: I loved the smell of this soap. That is the first thing you notice as you unwrap it. It also felt silky smooth on my skin without any dryness. It was very nice to use.

Skin Type: Combination Sensitive Skin.
Value for Money: Yes, I would buy this again. It would be better if it came in the form of a shower gel, it would be so much more convenient in the shower.
Comments: This is a pretty decent soap. It lathers up well, and does not melt easily under water. The scent is definitely a winner, light and relaxing, and it lingers on the skin for quite a while after showering. However, it isn’t very moisturizing.

Skin Type: Normal Skin.
Value for Money: Good value for a very nice soap.
Comments: I enjoyed using this soap. Of course living in Tasmania I’m partial to the Tasmanian Lavender. But it did feel very nice to use and I found it didn’t dry my skin at all like some other soaps tend to do.

Comments: When one reaches a mature age it is vitally important to keep the skin looking good as long as possible. I loved the silky smooth feel of the soap and on the skin it felt wonderful. I also enjoyed the fragrance of the Pure Tasmanian Lavender – far superior to artificial lavender fragrances.
Pros: Contains pure Tasmanian Lavender Oil.
Cons: None.

I have a tip for making soap last longer. When you bring it home put it in the freezer for 24 hours and then remove and place the soap in your lingerie drawer, or wherever else you want to put it. You will find that good quality soap should last at least twice as long in the shower or bath after being frozen.
